Senior Business Solutions Architect (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities for value creation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions, including integrations, customizations, and system configurations.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for development and deployment teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and implementation teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Document architecture, requirements, and project scope while identifying roadblocks and resolving conflicts.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role driving business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, marketing operations, marketing performance management, or budget allocation.
• Experience with solution architecture, integrations, customizations, and system configurations.
• Experience with API integration-first strategies and familiarity with middleware such as Workato or MuleSoft.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, documentation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in SaaS professional services or solutions is highly preferred.
