What you will do

• Analyze institutional objectives and align solution architectures with customer goals and business requirements.
• Design and communicate comprehensive technical and functional business architectures from concept through implementation.
• Lead cross-functional implementations involving Student Information Systems, Finance, HR, and SaaS extensibility.
• Facilitate solutioning sessions, process mapping, governance, and assurance activities.
• Collaborate with project management and delivery leads on delivery models, risk mitigation, solution architectures, and statements of work.
• Mentor team members and contribute to hirify.global’s global architecture repository and outcome-driven delivery methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad solution delivery experience across multiple higher education institutions is preferred.
• Experience with Student Information Systems, Finance, HR, and large-scale higher education ERP platforms.
• Technical implementation experience with the ability to architect across multiple functional and technical areas.
• Familiarity with the Canadian post-secondary education landscape and hirify.global ERP delivery practices.
• Strong customer-facing, written, oral, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate software and services value and ROI for institutions.
