Sr. Manager, MedTech Technology Product Lifecycle Management Platform (PLM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America

Salary: $122,000–$211,025 base pay per year

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, performance, and production operations of the MedTech PLM platform.
• Drive business value through PLM solutions, connected digital capabilities, process automation, insights, and metrics.
• Align product, platform, architecture, portfolio, business, and supplier stakeholders while managing technical backlogs and cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, standardization, security, API alignment, data standards, and compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Lead platform solution selection and build-versus-buy decisions, including CloudX strategy, budgets, resource plans, and vendor partnerships.
• Manage team performance, change control, risk management, on-call rotations, incident triage, restoration, and root-cause remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively advanced experience in relevant technology product and platform management duties.
• Expertise in PLM technologies, principally PTC Windchill and ThingWorx, and in product development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading employees or contractors, global initiatives, product backlogs, release plans, and teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with platform and product integration, data management, API architecture and design, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience in vendor management, product vision and strategy, continuous improvement, regulated environments, and AI technologies used responsibly.
