PR & Marketing Manager 12 Month FTC (Luxury Residential Property)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across multiple luxury residential developments.
• Plan campaigns, launches, events, activations and content programmes to increase awareness, engagement and media coverage.
• Manage project marketing collateral, advertising campaigns and materials for sales teams.
• Lead relationships with PR, creative, digital and social media agencies.
• Develop PR campaigns throughout the project lifecycle and support corporate communications, thought leadership and senior leadership profiling.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reporting and support reputation management and crisis communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PR and marketing, ideally in luxury property, residential development, lifestyle or another premium brand environment.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, lead generation, customer engagement, digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and delivering events or brand activations.
• Strong project management, organisational, analytical and reporting skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and sales teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury residential property or real estate.
• Experience marketing to high-net-worth audiences, corporate profiling and thought leadership.
• Knowledge of the UK property and luxury lifestyle media landscape.
