Senior Professional Services Engineer (FedRAMP)

Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Salary: $164,880–$277,560 USD annually.

What you will do

• Deliver infrastructure and platform workstreams for federal engagements in FedRAMP-authorized clouds, DoD Impact Level 4 and 5 enclaves, and disconnected networks.
• Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and tune hirify.global reference architectures across cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, high-availability, Geo, and Kubernetes environments.
• Plan and execute migrations from Bitbucket, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, and legacy version control systems to hirify.global.
• Apply DISA STIG hardening, FIPS-compliant configurations, and SAML or PIV/CAC-backed authentication.
• Advise agency engineering and security teams, run technical workshops, and support authorization activities with implementation evidence.
• Create runbooks and automation, document implementations, manage risks and scope changes, and share compliance gaps with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance and availability to work in the Washington, DC metropolitan area are required.
• Experience delivering infrastructure or platform work in a customer-facing or consulting role across concurrent engagements.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with major cloud providers and government environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or Google Assured Workloads.
• Production experience administering hirify.global, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with regulated or accredited environments and frameworks including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53/800-171, CMMC, or DISA STIGs.

Nice to have

• Prior hirify.global Professional Services, federal systems integrator, or agency delivery experience.
• Scripting experience in Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with hirify.global Dedicated for Government or another FedRAMP-authorized SaaS environment.
• Contributions to hirify.global or other open source projects.
