Senior Data Analyst (Public Sector)

Location: U.S. security clearance required; an active Secret U.S. security clearance is mandatory.

Salary: $184,000–$230,000 USD annually, with eligible roles also including equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own data quality, document data models, troubleshoot discrepancies, and establish centralized metric definitions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to define and track metrics for monitoring, planning, and decision-making.
• Build scalable dashboards, data models, reports, and repeatable analytical solutions.
• Measure operational efficiency initiatives across cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Analyze program cost drivers with Finance and support pricing strategy.
• Drive complex analytical projects from initiation to completion with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools such as DBT.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including translating technical analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance required; Top Secret U.S. clearance preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working in air-gapped or federal environments.
• Business Operations experience, including process analytics or process mining.
