Senior Data Analyst (Public Sector)

Location: U.S. security clearance required; an active Secret U.S. security clearance is mandatory, while Top Secret U.S. clearance is preferred.

What you will do

• Own data quality by documenting models, troubleshooting discrepancies, and defining centralized metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and track metrics for monitoring, planning, and decision-making.
• Build scalable dashboards, data models, reports, and repeatable analytical processes.
• Work with Operations to measure efficiency initiatives and their impact on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Analyze program cost drivers with Finance and support pricing strategy.
• Drive complex analytical projects from initiation through completion with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools such as dbt.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
• Strong business acumen and experience partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including translating technical analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance required; Top Secret U.S. clearance preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working in air-gapped or federal environments.
• Business Operations experience, including process analytics or process mining.
