Senior Director People Partner, EMEA

Location: Onsite in Amersham, UK; the position is listed in Little Chalfont, England and requires 40% overnight travel within EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across EMEA and build regional HR organizational capability.
• Act as a strategic advisor on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational health, workforce risk, and business outcomes.
• Coach People Leaders on organizational change, policy interpretation, leader effectiveness, and complex people matters.
• Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to deliver talent, rewards, attraction, retention, and workforce programs across EMEA.
• Govern employee and labor relations risk, manage escalations, and strengthen preventative practices.
• Improve people-partner governance and performance through AI, analytics, transparent metrics, bowler reviews, project-based execution, and hirify.global Business System principles.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• Long-standing experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success coaching and influencing People Leaders and leading moderately to highly complex HR projects and change initiatives.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements to the associate experience.
• Familiarity with lean principles, problem solving, and measurable, sustainable HR process improvement.
• Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve HR decision-making and execution.
