Analyst II, Credit Bureau Reporting & Config (Credit Finance)

Location: Hybrid, based in Kennesaw, Georgia or Richmond, Virginia; onsite four days per week. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: $72,000–$108,000 annually, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Analyze credit bureau reporting and ARGO configuration strategies and recommend system changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement and test changes across the hirify.global Financing ecosystem.
• Assess the Alfa system’s role and impact on credit bureau reporting processes.
• Execute testing for Alfa system changes and releases, including automated regression testing.
• Design, configure, test, and validate ARGO changes requested by the Risk team.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream technology teams to ensure configuration changes function correctly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an analytical, mathematical, or technical major is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, database systems, or software packages such as Python, SQL, Excel, or SAS is preferred.
• Knowledge of code writing, test planning and execution, unit and regression testing, version control, SQL, database schemas, data migration, scripting, and security compliance is preferred.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship will not be considered.
