Security and Compliance Consultant (OT Regulatory Compliance)

Salary: $97,600–$138,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead and execute OT regulatory compliance programs aligned with NERC CIP and TSA security directives.
• Manage internal controls, compliance assessments, audit readiness, evidence management, and regulatory reporting.
• Design and continuously improve standardized compliance processes and tools, including the Archer eGRC platform.
• Analyze control performance and audit insights to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Deliver stakeholder training and guidance on compliance responsibilities and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Security Services, Technology Services, Transmission, Generation, auditors, and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of related functional experience.
• At least two years of experience with project management tools, techniques, and communication processes.
• Experience in IT, supply chain, or security, including project management activities.
• Expertise in NERC and TSA policy and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, relationship management, collaboration, process improvement, and stakeholder translation skills.

• Proficiency with the Archer eGRC platform.
