Location: Eastaboga, Alabama, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 5:00pm to 1:30am, Monday through Friday

What you will do
- Coordinate material control systems, material handlers, warehouse layout, inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and external warehouse activities.
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting, pull systems, visual inventory benchmarks, trailer replenishment, and Truckload Utilization tracking.
- Coordinate receiving, DMR, customs compliance, supplier cumulative reconciliation, and RPS reporting processes.
- Coordinate daily production build schedules and serve as the liaison between Materials and Production through regular floor walks.
- Monitor operations for compliance with quality, safety, 5S, production, and materials standards, taking corrective action when needed.
- Lead problem identification and resolution, including nonconformity control, HSE&E investigations, root-cause analysis, and 8D activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of materials supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and formal problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; QAD experience is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Eastaboga on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 5:00pm to 1:30am.
Nice to have
- JIT automotive sequencing experience.
- Experience with QAD ERP.
