Technical Program Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote within the USA, California

Salary: $129,300–$172,300 annually

What you will do

• Manage the operational and tactical delivery of multiple executive-level enterprise technology programs.
• Lead planning, scheduling, tracking, governance, roadmaps, prioritization, release cadence, and adoption.
• Coordinate software development and infrastructure work across engineering, business units, and other programs.
• Monitor risks and controls, resolve issues, and minimize exposure across multiple projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, status reports, scopes, roadmaps, and other program documentation.
• Act as a thought partner to stakeholders and communicate program status, risks, and issues to executives and business owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of independent experience delivering enterprise technology projects in complex organizations.
• Experience working closely with executive stakeholders.
• Change management experience and the ability to anticipate and address issues quickly.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information tactfully and provide executive-level program updates.
• Ability to unblock business, product, and engineering teams through collaboration, empathy, and sound judgment.
