Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN

Salary: USD 39–40 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct thorough resident assessments and reassessments.
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Supervise LPN care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance in line with federal, state, and local standards.
• Promote high-quality service while supporting the company’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current RN license.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred.
• Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs and supporting residents.
