Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing (PRN)

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control under nursing leadership.
• Provide health-related consultation and promptly notify physicians and family members about changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain communication across departments, and protect resident confidentiality.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and follow the community’s safety and disaster plan.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license with no judgments against it in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Fluent English communication skills for speaking, reading, writing, and communicating with residents, staff, supervisors, and third parties.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
