Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Community 7PM-7AM Part-Time (Skilled Nursing)

Location: Seasons Retirement Community, 7100 Dearwester Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45236, USA. Part-time overnight schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM: Week 1 on Monday and Saturday; Week 2 on Sunday and Friday.

Compensation: USD 38–42 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee medication supervision and administration for the Skilled Nursing Department in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide health-related consultation to residents and the community.
• Monitor residents’ health changes and notify physicians or family members as appropriate.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and document care accurately.
• Communicate closely with departments and staff while protecting resident confidentiality.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical nursing setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks safely, and solve practical problems in high-stress situations.
