Compliance Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Illinois, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Research compliance issues and recommend changes to meet contract obligations.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies.
• Coordinate regulator site visits and corrective action plans.
• Interpret varied assignments and independently determine appropriate courses of action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Up to five years of technical experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to improving consumer experiences.
• Dedicated home workspace required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance regulations.
• Analytical experience.
• Experience running queries and ad hoc reports in Microsoft Access and/or SQL.
• Graduate degree.
