What you will do
- Lead the design and execution of complex analytics initiatives for Credit Adjudication.
- Apply statistical modeling, data mining, machine learning, and business intelligence techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Manage high-impact data, reporting, and analytics projects aligned with strategic priorities and performance indicators.
- Improve automated systems, reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and analytics processes.
- Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to support enterprise-wide change.
- Present complex analysis, insights, and technology solutions through business documents, presentations, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in advanced analytics, data extraction, business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Dataverse, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret data, communicate detailed information clearly, and lead process improvements.
- Legal eligibility to work at the specified location in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
