Clinical Project Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; Lancaster, Pennsylvania is listed as the location. Must be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with additional hours as needed.

What you will do

• Lead and support regional clinical projects from setup through conduct and closure.
• Serve as the primary contact between clinical teams and clients, providing proactive project communication.
• Ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and according to protocols, specifications, and global project management standards.
• Manage study budgets, monitor performance, and coordinate corrective actions and escalations when projects deviate from expectations.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and inspection-ready study files in line with applicable regulations.
• Support sales bids, quality assurance activities, study audits, and global project management initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or life sciences, preferably laboratory or clinical services, or significant Central Lab industry experience.
• 2-4 years of project management experience in complex project service industries.
• 2-4 years of relevant clinical project experience with a CRO or sponsor organization.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Fluent English is required. Other languages used by operating sites and global clients are advantageous.
• Strong customer focus, communication, organizational, analytical, and performance-oriented skills; willingness to travel as required.
