What you will do

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the site Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, and corporate quality standards.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans for high-risk accounts and quality incidents.
• Oversee internal audits, QMS performance metrics, and Management Reviews.
• Lead process improvement, EHS, injury-prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor staff and drive operational excellence through facilitation, coaching, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the functional work.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including oversight of ISO and cGMP requirements.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification or experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience with ISO-related quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, facilitation, coaching, documentation, and communication skills.
• Practical experience with computer systems and the ability to use technical tools effectively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cGMP and/or SOC2+ requirements.
