What you will do

• Shape the quality strategy for the Enterprise Risk Engine, a scalable and resilient fraud detection and prevention platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions.
• Build automated testing for APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Modernize automation frameworks and continuous testing practices within CI/CD workflows.
• Define test strategies, automation architectures, and scalable testing solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product teams, and business partners to improve reliability and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions.
• Strong Java development experience with modern test automation frameworks, including Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience with GitHub, source control, code reviews, CI/CD workflows, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to create test strategies and influence engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and platform engineering.
• Continuous testing, advanced test data management, and performance testing experience.
• Technical leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development and testing, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and spec-driven development.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development.
