Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the Global Warranties vertical and standardize processes to scale operations across regions.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies to minimize costs and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze and assess potential risks that impact P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs to improve performance across various channels.
• Lead a team of 5+ supervisors, analysts, and BPOs to execute operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, CDMX (On-site role).
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management (MBA preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in Banking, NeoBanking, or Fintech industries within operations, product, or strategy.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
