Engagement Manager, Technology Consulting (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Provide expert commercial solutions support across the technology consulting portfolio.
• Manage large-scale, multi-country technology implementations with accountability for client satisfaction and profitability.
• Set strategic client and customer-segment agendas and create annual account plans with financial targets and delivery roadmaps.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
• Coordinate hirify.global and client touchpoints, sharing client insights across the organization.
• Track commercial stakeholders, competitor activity, account intelligence, and priorities across assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Seven years of relevant sales, services, or marketing experience.
• Excellent project management, presentation, communication, and client-influencing skills.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior managers and executives in the life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, hirify.global data assets, core offerings, and current life sciences industry developments.
• Excellent conversational and business English at C1 or C2 level, written and spoken.
