Private Asset Indexes Associate

hirify.global provides research-based data, analytics, and indexes that help institutional investors understand risks and opportunities across global financial markets, including private assets.

What you will do

• Prepare presentation materials, index summaries, and supporting exhibits for client meetings.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up, including sample file requests, methodology documents, and coverage-team support.
• Coordinate custom index opportunities across Coverage, Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Lead initial scoping discussions, assess feasibility, establish timelines, and clarify deliverables.
• Track multiple concurrent initiatives, assign ownership, and escalate blockers.
• Build project trackers, intake templates, status dashboards, and process improvements to increase execution efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, client support, or a related role.
• Client-facing or client service experience with strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills and the ability to prepare professional client-facing documents.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, or similar project management tools.
• High attention to detail, proactive ownership, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, data, or analytics.
• Exposure to private markets, investment data, index, or benchmark concepts.
• Experience coordinating across product, research, and commercial teams.
• Familiarity with private asset data platforms or institutional investment workflows.
