Engagement Manager (Invoice to Cash) (SaaS/Finance Automation): Managing enterprise customer implementations from presales assessment through delivery, with an accent on project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on developing delivery strategies for large-scale partner projects, resolving implementation issues, and ensuring successful outcomes across customer, partner, and internal teams.
Location: Mexico City; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do
- Manage customer, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships throughout presales and delivery.
- Assess project needs, level of effort, solutions, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Plan and lead complex enterprise-level implementations, including large-scale partner projects.
- Define success criteria, communicate status, and coordinate project teams across organizations.
- Track scope, schedule, budget, financials, quality, and project risks; resolve issues and escalations.
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and support revenue growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in engagement management, project management, consulting services, or a professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing revenue-driven projects, including time-and-materials billing.
- Successful delivery of complex enterprise client implementation projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SaaS or software products, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, plus strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience in audit or accounting.
- Experience with products.
- PMP certification.
- Experience as an Engagement Manager or Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or project management software.
