What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, policies, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, banking, sales, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, investments, consumer lending, business banking, or business lending.
