- Knowledge of MIL, NASA, ISO, ECSS, and IPC standards, plus counterfeit-parts inspection and test methods.
- Experience leading cross-functional root-cause and corrective-action investigations and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or business administration.
- Experience with Ansys Sherlock, NSPAR/NSMAR approvals, passive and active components, connectors, tin whisker mitigation, lead-free solder control, and obsolescence management.
- Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, Manufacturo, Aegis, D365, and PLM/MES tools.
- Experience with aerospace customers, satellites, space vehicles, ground systems, mission assurance, and subcontractor management.
Culture & Benefits
