TL;DR
GTM Engineer (AI): Building customer-facing demos, bespoke agents, and AI-native GTM tooling that turn prospect conversations into signed deals with an accent on rapid prototyping, agent orchestration, and technical sales engagements. Focus on designing custom agents, scoping POCs and pilots, automating account research and outreach, and translating customer patterns into platform capabilities.
Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States; work from the office in the Mission.

What you will do
- Build and run customer-facing demos, including custom agents tailored to prospects’ domains and workflows.
- Prototype agents during and between customer conversations, moving from discovery calls to working prototypes.
- Partner with the Applied AI team on active deals, owning the technical narrative for POCs and pilots.
- Build AI-native GTM tooling for account research, outreach personalization, competitive intelligence, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop reference implementations, demo environments, and reusable agent patterns to accelerate sales cycles.
- Work with product and engineering to turn recurring customer needs into platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with the ability to ship working prototypes quickly.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs, agent orchestration, evaluations, models, and infrastructure.
- Comfort working with customers, technical buyers, and engineering leaders.
- Ability to communicate complex technical capabilities through clear demos.
- High agency and a bias toward shipping.
Nice to have
- Experience switching between account research, deal support, internal tooling, and process design.
- Experience creating automated templates, workflows, and playbooks for GTM teams.
- Customer-facing or enterprise sales background.
