Client Services Representative (HVAC)

Location: Rocky Hill, Connecticut; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Manage service agreement renewals, scope expansion, retention, and growth for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Prospect for non-agreement customers through cold calls, lead management, quick quotes, and lead linkage.
• Coordinate with estimating teams to prepare and deliver proposals for time-and-material and quoted job opportunities.
• Develop customer account profiles, account strategies, service delivery plans, budget plans, and scheduled customer visits.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and support customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, and reliability.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities and sales pipeline data while reviewing account financial performance and accounts receivable follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; a certificate with a couple of years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Customer focus, relationship building, problem solving, initiative, collaboration, adaptability, and results orientation.
• Understanding of accounts receivable and credit, with the ability to perform basic return-on-investment calculations.
• Ability to multitask, think critically in high-stress situations, and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Proficiency with telephones, voicemail, computers, and standard office equipment; availability for occasional extended hours.
