Chinese/English/Arabic Translator (Egyptian Nationality)

Location: Remote in Egypt; on-site interpretation may be required for business negotiations and official events.

hirify.global lists a translator role supporting an Egypt branch of a SASAC-controlled listed chemical engineering central state-owned enterprise.

What you will do

• Handle daily foreign liaison and government communication for the Egypt branch.
• Translate and review contracts, technical documents, and official papers in Chinese, Arabic, and English.
• Interpret business negotiations and official events and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support local recruitment and expatriate daily administration.
• Collect local laws, industry information, and market data and submit regular reports.

Requirements

• Egyptian nationality is required.
• Mastery of Chinese and Arabic and proficient English for daily work are required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Chinese, International Trade, or Engineering Management preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation, foreign affairs, or administration.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and familiarity with Chinese and Egyptian business cultures.
• A valid Egyptian driving license is preferred.
