Senior Localisation Specialist - Global Library - Operations (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate study-level localization planning and implementation for assigned data quality projects.
• Facilitate translation delivery for eCOA solutions, text content, subtitling, voiceover, manuals, device labels, and linguistically validated materials.
• Oversee selected projects, milestones, quality requirements, GCP compliance, and internal processes.
• Coordinate third-party translation vendors, manage vendor performance, and serve as the first-level localization escalation point.
• Plan team resources, workload, and capacity while managing the internal resource pool.
• Prepare project status reports, metrics, quotes, purchase orders, and invoice confirmations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of office experience.
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication, organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global project management teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple team members and coordinate localization activities across projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of clinical research and the drug development cycle.
• Experience with patient-reported outcomes or Clinical Outcome Assessments.
• Technical background and experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
