What you will do

• Advise Global Commercial Operations clients on legal and regulatory issues involving promotion, sales, patient support programs, contracting, education, and scientific exchange.
• Provide counsel on fraud and abuse matters involving healthcare community stakeholders, with emphasis on the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act.
• Assess patient support programs for legal risk and review promotional, educational, and patient support materials.
• Advise stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and policy developments affecting commercial activities.
• Provide guidance on sales and marketing strategies and interconnected issues involving government healthcare programs.
• Coordinate legal support as a member of cross-functional teams and collaborate with business and legal colleagues.

Requirements

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least two years of experience practicing law.
• Strong legal analysis, drafting, negotiation, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence others, provide business counseling, solve problems, and manage multidimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Four or more years of corporate, government, and/or law firm experience.
• Experience with healthcare law, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, Medicare, Medicaid, or 340B.
