Federal System Administration (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States, fully remote; up to 5% travel for approved events or summits.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity product company developing the NodeZero platform for autonomous penetration testing and exploit validation.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain the Federal Okta instance, including identity lifecycle management and SSO integrations.
• Manage Gov Slack and Google Workspace permissions, shared drives, and secure communication channels.
• Provide frontline support to Federal users and secondary support for commercial IT services.
• Align workflows between Federal and Commercial environments.
• Manage user permissions, conduct access audits, and assist with IT security investigations and compliance audits.
• Write and maintain knowledge base articles and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing IT systems, especially SaaS identity and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, military service equivalent, or applicable certifications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
