Sr. Project Manager - Energy + Bus. Unit (Filtration, Govt. Funded Projects, Bus. Development/Proposal Writing) (Filtration)

Location: Fully remote in the United States, with a preference for candidates able to work on-site in Deland, Florida, or Cortland, New York. Travel up to 10% to North American project sites or international locations.

Annual salary: $135,000–$155,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end pilot and commercial deployments, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery against schedule and budget.
• Manage sales support, contract review, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and FAT/SAT testing.
• Coordinate customer acceptance and secure references that accelerate product adoption.
• Track milestones and reporting requirements for government-funded projects.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and improve project execution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering or science degree is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience preferred, including cross-functional global teams in a stage-gate environment.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, such as projects valued at $2M+ and lasting 2+ years.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with metal additive manufacturing technologies, including Binder Jetting or Laser Powder Bed Fusion.
• Experience managing government-funded projects.
• Experience influencing without authority in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.
