What you will do

• Maintain the Application Portfolio Management architecture reference and promote the hirify.global Helicopters architecture framework, principles, design patterns, and modeling tools.
• Select and define hirify.global Group standards and lead functional, business, and application architecture design.
• Develop and manage business and application roadmaps across manufacturing, production, engineering, and customer services.
• Gather, understand, and formalize business requirements with business teams, IM teams, hirify.global divisions, partners, and external consultants.
• Act as an internal architecture consultant and expert while estimating financial impacts of proposed solutions.
• Analyze technology, competitor, and market trends and assess their impact on the information system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• 5–10 years of experience framing strategic projects in an international context, with knowledge of both IT and business processes, preferably in aerospace or a similar industry.
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management and architecture modeling tools such as Sparx.
• Knowledge of cloud, containerization, security, IoT, AR/VR, big data, AI, RPA, and public or private cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and repositories such as TOGAF, IAF, Alfabet, ServiceNow, MEGA, or ArchiMate, plus experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English and advanced French are required. Eligibility for a security clearance is required.
