Staff Strategic Solution Architect

Location: Gentilly or Paris, France; hybrid with remote work up to 2 days per week

Salary: €76,000–€101,333 annually, plus short-term and collective variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise solution architecture for major business capabilities, digital platforms, and cross-domain initiatives.
• Design transversal platforms, reusable digital capabilities, reference architectures, technology standards, and solution patterns.
• Guide architecture decisions and trade-offs involving scalability, resilience, security, compliance, cost, and maintainability.
• Incorporate cybersecurity, data privacy, GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements into solution designs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption paths for enterprise technology improvements.
• Mentor architects and engineers while reducing technical debt, improving reuse, and driving enterprise-level outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple business domains.
• Proven experience leading enterprise or solution architecture for large-scale platforms, business capabilities, or transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in cloud, software, security architecture, and enterprise platforms, with hands-on engineering and prototyping experience.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native architectures with AWS and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, REST, GraphQL, messaging, API management, IAM, DevSecOps, observability, and infrastructure as code.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; bachelor’s degree required.
