TL;DR
AI Architect (LLMs, RAG, LLMOps): Designing end-to-end AI solution architectures and defining technical standards for regulated environments with an accent on security, scalability, compliance, and model governance. Focus on building large-scale RAG and model-serving architectures, balancing cloud and on-premises trade-offs, and translating business requirements into defensible technical decisions.
Location: Hybrid setup in Warsaw offices, Poland

What you will do
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering LLMs and traditional machine learning.
- Make technology decisions on build versus buy, model selection, and integration patterns.
- Define standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI models and data.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Own the architecture of the AI domain, define its strategic direction, advise leadership, and balance business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with AI systems architecture, including large-scale RAG, orchestration, LLMOps, and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of the AI model ecosystem, including open-source and commercial models, cloud and on-premises deployment, and cost/performance trade-offs.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure, including GPUs, large-scale model serving, networking, interconnects, and on-premises deployment.
- Understanding of data privacy, AI governance, access control, security, and compliance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and clearly justify architectural decisions.
- English and Polish language skills are required.
