Founding Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Salary: €90,000–€150,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and evolve the agent core, including planning, execution, and self-healing loops.
• Own connectors, the transformation engine, execution runtime, web application, SDK, and MCP server end to end.
• Prioritize and ship high-leverage engineering work independently.
• Develop critical infrastructure operating against production ERP and financial systems.
• Work directly with customers on technical implementations and support.
• Set engineering patterns and raise the technical bar for future teammates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency and demonstrated full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language: Python, Go, or C.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, or data warehouse platforms.
• Strong judgment around reliability, scalability, and failure modes in critical infrastructure.
• Experience with customer-facing technical implementations or support, open source contributions, and strong computer science fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration, ETL, or system integration work.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
