Change Management Lead (MedTech Supply Chain Transformation)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; additional posting locations include São José dos Campos and São Paulo, Brazil.

Base pay range: $87,000–$150,650 annually.

What you will do

• Define and lead the change management strategy for a MedTech Supply Chain transformation program.
• Develop change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, risks, and mitigation.
• Design leadership messaging, cascade materials, FAQs, updates, presentations, playbooks, and training aids.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across supply chain workstreams.
• Track adoption, behavior-change, stakeholder sentiment, and readiness metrics.
• Partner with PMO, project leadership, Finance, Operations, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders through governance and readiness activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in change management within large-scale transformation programs, ideally in supply chain, operations, MedTech, or healthcare.
• Experience designing stakeholder engagement strategies and structured communications, training, and adoption approaches.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across leadership, managers, and individual contributors.
• Ability to navigate complex matrixed environments and influence without formal authority.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of change management, organizational development, or transformation experience.
• Change management certification such as Prosci.
• Experience with adoption metrics, readiness assessments, stakeholder sentiment measurement, MS Teams, SharePoint, learning platforms, PowerPoint, or LMS authoring.
• Advanced degree or manager-level experience.
