Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Own 5 or more recruitment searches simultaneously, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to define success profiles and hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and run effective, fair assessment processes focused on long-term quality of hire.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trend analysis across multiple geographies and functions.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and strengthen hiring decisions.
• Drive projects involving sourcing, process efficiency, stakeholder management, employer branding, market intelligence, compensation insights, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth environments where recruitment quality and strong judgment matter.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and run disciplined recruitment processes.
• Strong research, talent mapping, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills.
• Ability to identify strong candidate signals, challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful hiring trade-offs.
• Fluent English is required as the working language.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
