Location: San Mateo, California, United States; office-based roles require onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Design products and features for the Roblox platform in collaboration with engineering and product management.
• Apply design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility best practices across platform projects.
• Advocate for players and creators while solving user challenges and maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Participate in a 21-month rotational program with mentorship, feedback, and professional development.

Requirements

• Education: pursuing or holding an undergraduate or graduate degree in Design or a related field, including UX/UI, Interaction, Motion, Graphics, Typography, Web, or Product Design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Curiosity about people’s behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in design across software, hardware, architecture, and art.
• For US-based roles, future H-1B sponsorship is not currently supported, and employment may be unavailable for certain US visa authorization categories.
