Senior Strategy&Planning Manager

What you will do

• Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans.
• Lead Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals.
• Apply and optimize non-standard, experimental, and emerging media tactics.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function.
• Coach and guide middle- and junior-level planners.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media planning.
• 1–2 years of experience mentoring or supporting a team.
• Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across at least two advertising platforms.
• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems.
• Experience with client-facing pitches and strategic presentations.
• English proficiency at B2–C2 level and eligibility to work from selected EMEA countries.
