[2027] Associate Product Manager, Early Career

Location: San Mateo, California, United States. Office-based roles are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Build product features used by millions of players and creators, and share progress and learnings with business stakeholders.
• Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with design, data science, product marketing, and engineering on specifications, experimentation plans, and go-to-market briefs.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify creator community needs and product opportunities.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Complete a 21-month rotational program with the opportunity to join Roblox as a full-time Product Manager.

Requirements

• Pursuing or holding an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Passion for user experience and building products and features for players, creators, and communities.
• Curiosity about user behavior and the ability to understand user needs.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills across different audiences.
• Must be able to work at the San Mateo, California headquarters under the stated onsite schedule.
