GenAI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support LLM-powered assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, RAG applications, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Implement prompt and context strategies, embeddings, vector or hybrid retrieval, structured outputs, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Build reusable Python services, libraries, templates, evaluation utilities, and integration layers using APIs, RPA, n8n, and event-driven workflows.
• Develop secure cloud-native deployments and CI/CD pipelines using AWS services, containers, serverless compute, or managed platforms.
• Implement automated testing, tracing, monitoring, guardrails, identity controls, auditability, and protections against prompt injection and data leakage.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, data, DevOps, cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, in computer science, IT, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, application engineering, systems integration, or system design.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or supporting production GenAI applications or comparable AI-enabled software.
• Strong Python skills, including production application, API, data service, or integration development, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases or search, agent orchestration, structured outputs, tool integration, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and secure RESTful or GraphQL integrations.
• Experience with AWS or comparable cloud-native platforms, automated testing, Git workflows, CI/CD, TypeScript, React, Next.js, SQL, databases, and governed data-access patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI APIs and SDKs, MCP, ChatGPT Skills, plugins, Workspace Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, or comparable agent technologies.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, EKS or ECS, EC2, API Gateway, IAM, VPC networking, and event-driven services.
• Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, SQL Warehouses, semantic layers, or governed natural-language-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheet, model evaluation, red teaming, responsible AI, AI security, GxP, or computer-system validation.
