What you will do

  • Build basic translation workflows, set schedules, and track projects from handoff through final delivery.
  • Manage multiple files and localization projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, linguists, and clients in professional English.
  • Use CAT tools and Translation Management Systems to prepare files, apply translation memories, and optimize delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or translation management within the localization industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English at C1/C2 level.
  • Working knowledge of CAT and TMS platforms, such as Trados, Phrase, or memoQ.
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
