Sr. Manager, Audit Services - Technology (Cybersecurity)

Location: Richmond, Virginia; based at the hirify.global Home Office with onsite work 4 days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Annual salary: $125,500–$200,800, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of technology audits, SOX IT compliance reviews, system implementation reviews, and risk-based IT audits.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery across multiple audit engagements.
• Evaluate technology processes, applications, infrastructure, operational processes, and IT general controls.
• Build relationships with business partners, assess emerging risks, and communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop internal auditors and coordinate external consultants when needed.
• Support enterprise risk assessment, annual audit planning, and continuous improvement of audit processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting information systems, technology, computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CISA, CRISC, or CIA certification.
• 8+ years of experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance, including internal controls, SOX 404, system implementations, risk assessment, and risk-based audits.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports and driving team performance.
• Strong knowledge of application, operating system, and database technologies, IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT governance frameworks.
• Proven project management, prioritization, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Big Four firm or Fortune 500 company.
• Advanced degree in technology, accounting, business administration, or finance.
• Experience in retail or public-company financial services.
