Senior Finance Analyst (Life Sciences)

Location: On-site in Logan, Utah, or Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Annual salary: $100,000–$115,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Support the Cell Culture Media product and leadership teams with sales, orders, and standard-margin planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with product managers, leaders, and commercial teams on customer sales trends, projections, bookings, and funnel reviews.
• Collaborate with pricing and costing teams to expand margins and improve business profitability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, financial reports, and annual budgets.
• Perform data analysis, develop ad hoc solutions and business cases, and assess project impact on business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of financial work experience, including developing forecasts and operating plans and leading business or finance reviews.
• Experience driving cross-functional project improvements within broader business operations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify important facts, problems, and trends, and present key findings.
• Experience working across multiple functions and regions.

Nice to have

• CPA, MBA, or MS in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment.
• Strong influencing skills and confidence communicating difficult messages to business leaders and defending recommendations.
