Loan Sales Specialist - Westheimer (Finance)

Location: On site in Houston, Texas, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Engage customers throughout the loan process and present financing solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including collections activities and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Build and maintain customer connections while delivering results against individual and branch goals.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Multitask and adapt to changing branch demands while providing timely service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Goal-oriented attitude and motivation to achieve results.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and communicate clearly with customers.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
