3PL - Program Support Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Interface with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and support program execution.
• Prepare project authorizations, action memos, IMS reconciliations, correspondence, and other compliant program documentation.
• Research, analyze, and organize technical and statistical information for reports, briefings, and presentations.
• Collect program status data, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and monitor program plans and lessons learned.
• Control inventory, PPE configurations, budgets, and materiel movements, including CONUS and OCONUS shipments.
• Maintain integrated logistics support records and standard operating procedures, and assist with resolving non-conforming materiel.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or at least two years of previous experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Excellent verbal communication, customer service, technical writing, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers and senior management.
• Must pass a drug test and have or obtain an interim DoD National Agency Check Investigation Secret Security Clearance within 90 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DoD military logistics, maintenance, and supply processes.
• Experience with warehouse supply chain or logistics support.
