Printing Press Operator (Flexographic Printing)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA; onsite. Second shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Rotation and overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and perform preventative maintenance on standard and moderately complex flexographic printing presses.
• Interpret order specifications, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain print registration, shade matching, and quality standards.
• Safely operate turret and fanfold equipment.
• Prepare materials, mount plates, and stage setup tools to support press operations.
• Inspect finished products, pack and label goods according to specifications, and maintain a clean 5S work environment.
• Collaborate with shift colleagues and participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to following standard operating procedures and maintaining high-quality work.
• Basic computer application proficiency.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Final candidates must complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.
