Relationship Manager, I - Small Business Banking

Location: In-office in Hatboro, PA, or at Country Line Road in Warminster, PA

What you will do

• Manage new and existing small-business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while deepening share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify client opportunities and recommend solutions based on financial needs and well-being.
• Build internal, community, and industry networks to acquire clients and improve the client experience.
• Analyze and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks using internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, prospecting, selling, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and credit risk mitigation.
• Effective communication, decision-making, business acumen, customer experience management, and technology skills.
• Ability to work in the office in Hatboro or Warminster, Pennsylvania; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
