Production Specialist (Temp) (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Read product fulfillment orders, blueprints, and configuration instructions to plan production work.
• Maintain inventory, pick required materials, and replenish workstation stock.
• Assemble precision products using microscopes, soldering tools, washers, cranes, testing chambers, sand blasters, and hand tools.
• Join and secure components using crimps, screws, solders, and other fastening methods.
• Evaluate materials and workmanship throughout production to meet tight tolerances and quality-control standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve production problems and improve output.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior manufacturing, industrial, or operations experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior soldering experience is preferred; training is provided.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to complete a wide range of tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, and walking; steel-toe footwear meeting OSHA ASTM F2413-18 is required.
